Returns Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be be provided a label to return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at mc@michaelcorzo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Depending on your card issuer or bank's policies, funds typically appear in your account within 1-3 business days.
