Are your pieces handcrafted?

Our own workshop pieces are cut and polished individually, so the piece photographed is the piece you receive. Items from our partner makers are stocked in quantity, and natural stones vary from piece to piece.

What materials do you use?

We work with natural stones, minerals, and earth-inspired materials. Each product listing includes specific material details so you know exactly what you're getting.

Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?

We occasionally take custom orders. Please reach out to us directly via our contact page to discuss your ideas and availability.

Orders & Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $6.00 within the United States, and shipping is free on all orders of $30 and up. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders leave within 1–2 business days. Some items ship directly from our partner makers, so if your order contains a mix of items it may arrive in more than one package.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders that ship in more than one package will have tracking for each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
