Kambaba Crocodile Jasper Sphere, 75 mm

A polished sphere in the dark green and black orbicular stone sold as kambaba or crocodile jasper, with rounded eye-like rings running through it. Worth knowing what you are buying: despite the trade name it is not a true jasper but a sedimentary stone built from fossilised algal mats, which is why the pattern reads as concentric rings rather than agate banding.

The ring pattern is different on every sphere. Sold individually; no stand included.
