Big, well-defined cristobalite snowflakes scattered across a jet black field. The pattern is unusually bold on this one — several full rosettes rather than the usual grey speckling.
Specs
- Size: 29 x 23 mm
- Shape: oval, low dome
- Back: flat and unpolished, ready for a bezel or a wire wrap
- Material: snowflake obsidian (volcanic glass)
Condition: two fine surface scratches on the black field, visible at an angle in raking light. Obsidian is soft and marks easily.
Cut and polished by hand. No dye, no stabilizer, no heat treatment.
